Our Story
PCL Runs on Relationships. Chains Break on Silence.
The most expensive residential real estate on earth loses deals to blocked solicitors nobody was watching. Alunio was built to end that.
Why Everything Before Us Failed
The £5B Proptech Graveyard
Over the last decade, billions poured into proptech companies that promised to transform real estate. Most are gone. Not for lack of technology. For misreading the market entirely.
They built for volume. They assumed that if you could buy a car online, you could buy a house online. They tried to cut out the agent. PCL refused every single one of them.
Prime Central London moves on relationships, discretion, and an 8-month average timeline involving international HNW buyers who require trust, not a frictionless checkout. The agents who succeed here are irreplaceable. The administration crushing them is not.
What We Do Instead
All the admin. None of your time.
We do not replace the agent. We strip out the chain management drag that turns negotiators into phone operators. Bottleneck detection, milestone tracking, automated chasing. All of it runs in the background. None of it touches the client relationship.
In doing that, we accomplish something no portal ever has. We give your negotiators their time back so they can do the one thing that wins deals in PCL. Being present for the client.
And every chain interaction becomes a proprietary data point. A deal intelligence layer that compounds with every transaction and that no competitor can buy or replicate.
What We Believe
Three principles. Every decision runs through them.
Origin
How it started. How fast it moved.
Founder
Louis-François Geoffrion
I am sixteen. I study at TASIS England in Surrey, fifteen minutes from some of the most expensive streets on earth. Prime Central London is not abstract to me. It is the city I move through every week. I have sat in rooms with the kind of wealth PCL is built on.
I started pulling on the numbers behind PCL deals and something did not add up. The agents I respected most were spending the majority of their week not selling. They were on the phone to solicitors who would not call back, to brokers who had gone dark, to surveyors three weeks behind. Losing deals not to competitors. Losing them to silence.
Every proptech firm of the last decade tried to solve PCL by removing the agent from the equation. They all failed. The relationship is not a feature. It is the product. I am not here to touch that. I am here to give your negotiators back the five hours a day they are losing to phone calls and spreadsheets, so they can do the one thing no system can replicate. Be present for a client buying a £10M flat.
